Return Policy

Any standard ISS Designs hardware that has not been used and is in its original primary packaging, may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. A return authorization is required and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  We will not be able to accept hardware that has been used.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
