Wall Mounted DesignThe term "Wall Mounted" refers to using ISS Designs wall standards to mount shelving to the wall. The most popular wall standards are the ISS Designs Simple Standard and the ISS Designs Designer Standard. The wall standards are mounted vertically by using #6 screws to mount to wall studs or to wall anchors. The recommended wall anchors for drywall are Toggler Brand AF6. The standards may be placed from 16" apart to 32" apart depending on the load placed on the shelves. For example the maximum spacing for books is 24" apart. You may use the wall mounted design for just two shelves or an entire library.
